We went to Fred Haas Toyota because of a terrible experience we had a few days prior with another dealer that we refused to buy from. On top of that, my husband called Tony with some very specific p experience we had a few days prior with another dealer that we refused to buy from. On top of that, my husband called Tony with some very specific preferences and a very short time frame. We had 2 HOURS to buy a car because of my work schedule. He matched our requests to his inventory and had it parked and waiting for us when we showed up. We test drove it, processed the paper work expeditiously with Kirk, and I got to work on time! We left the car for detailing and the next day I finished up a couple things with KJ and I was off to work again! The entire staff at Fred Haas was friendly, helpful, and respectful.
