My wife and I decided to trade our 2007 4 Runner, and we had previously worked through Dell Ring on some maintenance and repair issues in the past. Dell put us on to Cedric Rawls, for assistance with findi had previously worked through Dell Ring on some maintenance and repair issues in the past. Dell put us on to Cedric Rawls, for assistance with finding a replacement vehicle of our liking in place of the 2007 4 Runner. Our experience with Cedric yesterday was awesome, and he was very professional in every aspect of the transaction. Dell could not have chosent a better person for us to work with for the trade-in. My husband and I have bought 4 vehicles from Robert and have been very happy with all of them. When I decided to get my dream car, I called Robert and he had the keys waiting for me when I arrived for the have been very happy with all of them. I would recommend Fred Haas Toyota because the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. My salesman didn't treat me like a second class citizen because of my credit challenges.
