Bo Sierra was my salesman & was great. The dealership was a good distance from my home so I submitted my app online & worked with Bo who was excellent @ responding to my questions via cell phone. Cedric was extremely helpful throughout the process. I actually went there looking at used cars. Jennifer suggested that I look at new cars. Instead of the used car with 30k miles I was originally looking at, I bought a new demo with 8k miles for about the same price but instead of paying 10% on the used, I got 0.9% on the new car. And it is fully loaded. In general, all the sales staff were friendly. As I walked through the dealership everyone smiled and greeted me. The seasoned sale guy that was the specialist on my particular car, spent at least 40 minutes in the car going over every gadget. It has so many I have to go back for a refresher. We bought a Venza. Never heard of it before. But it is great. Thanks Fred Haas Team for your patience and help. I am very particular as to what I want and your staff never flinched when I switch cars 3 times on them.
