My husband and I were looking for a used auto for our daughter and had a definite budget we needed to stay in. Once we test drove the car he very nicely ask us if we liked the car and proceeded to work up the costs. He was very low pressure and professional. Herbie and his sales manager worked with us to arrive at a price that was acceptable. The finance department was fast and paperwork was handled with no surprises. Searching for first car for my teenage daughter. Had been looking online and found a particular vehicle thru their online web site. Even before we had been able to get out to the dealership I had received friendly emails from Miguel, to touch base and coordinate. Had planned on meeting Miguel and he even let me know the night before that the vehicle we had been interested in had already been sold. Somewhat disappointed we went out and still met Miguel the next day to see what else might be available. Miguel was very helpful as we searched thru the lot of different vehicles. Even though the main one we had been interested in had sold we had found an even better one that had not even been processed into the dealerships inventory yet. Miguel was very helpful to get the details for this new found vehicle and even quickly helped us to get a test drive in it. The price was good and the vehicle was in very good shape. It was very easy working with Miguel and getting the sale finalized. Miguel was very friendly and helpful with the entire process. I sincerely appreciated that he was NOT the pushy, typical overbearing car salesman and made our car purchasing experience very nice. Needless to say I am very pleased with my car. She is very much the professional and talked to me and not at me and listend for what I was looking for in a car. I was surprised that the truck was in such poor condition and was being sold at a dealer with such a good repu used truck that was on the internet. I called and spoke with Mr. Collins on 1/2/12 about a Toyota Tundra 4x4. He took all of my information and I even sent him pictures of my trade, which he asked me to send to his personal email because he Toyota Tundra 4x4. He called me upon receipt and inquired about a few items in regards to my trade and told me he would get back to me shortly after presenting the photos to his sales manager. I thought that it was quite strange that he kept taking calls on his cell phone why I was on the land line but not on hold and hearing his conversation but giving him the benefit of the doubt, I just took it as a busy day. It has now been three days and I have yet to hear from Mr. Collins or any Fred Haas Toyota Dealership rep. I guess this answers any of my questions about dealing with Fred Haas Toyota and traveling to the Houston area for my next new automobile. More

Just found out that my prepaid service that I paid $1000 + is not good for basic maintenance recommendations. It is only good for oil changes and filter replacements. I purchased it to guard against havi + is not good for basic maintenance recommendations. It is only good for oil changes and filter replacements. I purchased it to guard against having to spend additional service costs. It is worthless and a ripoff. NEVER purchase it!!!! It is only a way to make more money and rip off the customer! Again the dealer takes advantage of the very fine print in the contract!!!!! More
