Offering us things we might want with no pressure to take anything we didn't want. Alex didn't waste any of our time, but got to the heart of the matter without making us feel hurried although it was a very busy time at the dealership. We will continue to do business with Fred Haas and recommend them to friends and family. We did have to wait awhile for our Lowjack to be installed. Otherwise the only thing that could have made the experience better was if they gave us the car.This is our impression without having gone in for service so we will see if they continue to earn our business.
