When we walked in George Torres greeted us and was very friendly. He helped us promptly, he showed us all the different Camry's they had in stock. This is our 2nd vehicle from Fred Haas toyota. Our first purchase was in 1995. We are very happy with the service and George Torres was an excellent sales representative. So glad we went with Fred Haas. I am in the service industry and first impressions mean a lot to me and George was definately very impressionable and helpful to our needs. We truly felt at peace about our purchase. Not once did I feel pushed or uncomfortable. Loved the experience and by the way my car is totally awesome!!!! More

We were satisfied with dealership in shopping for a used vehicle. It took over 3 hours to seal the deal but came out with a nice vehicle at monthly notes we were comfortable with. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the third one was just last night. The car was for my daughter she just guaduated college and we needed a good deal. Carlos was excellent with her. He spend a couple hrs with her to get the car and the price she needed. She piced a Toyota Corolla. I had previously told Carlos where we needed to be at on price and he did not let us down. My daughter asked Carlos to hold the car for her which he kept his word. I called the next morning to confirm and told him the time I was going to be there to finish negiations. When I arrived the car was already prepped and ready to go. I thought I was going to have negoiate further but after he showed me the price and the invice there was no need. I got a very good deal. They kept there word down to the letter. While I have only had some trouble buying a car the second time around with Fred Hass the thrid time was a charm thanks to Carlos Benavides and Newell the Finance Manger that we signed the contract with. I cannot speak for anyone elses issues they might have had in the past with Fred Hass as for me they have always came through in the end. Will be buying a 4th car this year and we will see if they can keep up their excellent record. Carlos and Fred Hass will be my first stop. More

Robert and Imman were amazing!!! Great quality sales guys without all the cheesy sales tactics. Her tenacity resulted in me getting into the exact (hard to find) vehicle I wanted without having to travel to another state to buy it! The process was very smooth - no haggling. Based on my experience so far, I would be glad to recommend this dealership & this salesperson to my friends and family. I would also like to comment on the person I dealt with in finance, Khai Nguyen. He was very helpful and patient with me while I asked all of my questions. He never pressured me and he was very flexible when it came to helping make the transaction a win-win for all involved. He also went above and beyond the call of duty by assisting me when I had to return my rental car after I purchased my new car. He followed me over to the rental shop & gave me a ride back to my shiny new car. There was also someone else that helped me but my memory fails me. When I went back in to ask Beth where my wheel lock was kept, I asked this nice man where she was. He said he would help me. Then, he walked with me outside to show me where it was.
