In August of 2010, my wife decided she wanted a 2011 Toyota Camry SE, dark gray, and they were very scarce. I called Fred Haas Toyota and spoke with Bert Savage. He quoted us the best price possible, Toyota Camry SE, dark gray, and they were very scarce. I called Fred Haas Toyota and spoke with Bert Savage. He searched tirelessly for my wife's car, found it out-of-state, dealer traded for it and made it ready for immediate delivery, adding two options we wanted that the car did not have. Upon delivery, there was no waiting. Mr. Savage treated us like family. He introduced us to the finance manager, who completed our paperwork in 15 minutes. Afterwards, Mr. Savage walked us to our new car, which was showroom fresh, and discussed great options we were not familiar with, like Blue Tooth. He also emphasized Toyota's free "Roadside Assistance" program, which we used recently when a prankster let all the air out of our tires. We were extended prompt, courteous service.
