We had gone to the dealership with the intent to begin our search for a new vehicle. Rene was very patient with the multitude of questions we asked, and he is very knowledgeable. He always respected our wishes. By the end of the evening we had pretty much decided on a new Venza, but wanted to think about it. He suggested we take one home as a demo to help with the decision. The next morning we contacted Rene and asked him to find a different Venza that we had located online within the Fred Hass inventory. He was so customer service oriented - the vehicle was waiting for us when we came back to return the demo. Our price was met, we received a fair amount for our trade-in,and he gave a very thorough in-service on the vehicle before we left. Jennifer Welch in finance made the paperwork process painless. She is very friendly and quick at what she does - and she secured a really good interest rate for us, as well! This is the third vehicle we have bought from Fred Haas Toyota World. First, When I walked in with my wife, He came towards us, introduced himself and asked us how he could help us.
