Buying a car here was fine. Service is now questionable. I had my RAV4 serviced on 8/1/23, They said a nail in one tire was not repairable as it was too close to the sidewall. W Service is now questionable. I had my RAV4 serviced on 8/1/23, They said a nail in one tire was not repairable as it was too close to the sidewall. We deal with Discount Tire, so I took my car there after leaving Toyota. I told them I was prepared to buy a new tire, given what the dealer service told me, but to please check. They plugged & patched the tire (at no charge) saying the nail was not even close to the sidewall. Not a good review for Fred Haas Service. Excellent review for Discount Tire on Louetta & Kuykendahl. We've traded with Discount Tire for 20 years & believe them to be honest. More
