Even though they tell you they are not charging markups but you are charging 6000 to 7000 dollar for packages and accessories you are charging markups indirectly. More

Mr Hogan told me that the car had been through a 180-point inspection. It did have a lot of mileage but if it went though a 180-point inspection, it shouldn't have problems right out of the lot. I had to have the condenser and compressor replaced to get the A/C to work right. Pretty ironic because when I asked if the A/C worked, Mr Hogan put his hands up to the A/C and said it felt good. A license plate light was out. Also, I found out that there was undisclosed collision damage that wasn't on the CarFax that was making the front lights not point straight. One collision shop wouldn't even try to fix it because they said it had been "fixed" but not fixed right. Another collision shop said that there was no way the dealership did not know of the damage. These people do not stand behind the cars they sell. Their message is "You bought it sucker so drop dead." The reputation of used car salespeople is well deserved. More
