2020 Highlander FAIL - Fred Haas Toyota FAIL New 2020 Toyota Highlander is a big FAIL! Bought 3/9/2020 at Fred Haas Toyota World. My 2020 Highlander started stalling out on the road, while drivin New 2020 Toyota Highlander is a big FAIL! Bought 3/9/2020 at Fred Haas Toyota World. My 2020 Highlander started stalling out on the road, while driving, found out there was a recall with the stop start feature that caused stalling while driving. Also, the steering wheel is very cheap and the plastic cover on the back side of the steering wheel, does not fit, so it just wiggles, pops and cracks when you touch it when you are turning. The dealer service department at Fred Haas Toyota World said they are all like that now on this model and you cannot tighten of fix it. This is my 6th Toyota and 3rd Highlander. Big mistake. Do not buy a 2020 Toyota Highlander! I would not use this dealer for any future purchase. More

Even more difficult when you live in San Antonio, and the car you want is in a different city. I can't stop in the middle of a day and go look at cars, nor hover over a computer all day. I worked with Miguel Castaneda. He was friendly, professional, and answered all my text messages with honesty and timeliness. He was also understanding about working with my Ex-husband, when I wasn't available. This dealership was open to Inspection Services, down payments, and did NOT sell the car before I could do the drive to the Houston area, unlike a dealership in the San Marcos area. I was prepared on my end with a cashier's check, Fred Haas and Miguel were prepared on their end. A very smooth experience! I would definitely do business here again. Thank you. Ms. K More
