After spending roughly 45 minutes speaking to Rodney, I was convinced I was at the right dealership. He started off by not being pushy or overbearing. He was patient and exuded much confidence in his craft. His knowledge of the auto business proved to be second to none. As Rod navigated me through the possibities of what I could do, the entire team, from Management to Financing, played a major role in determining my decision in the end. A few days later, I drove away in a vehicle that I am extremely pleased with. The special one-on-one touch and customer care at this dealership leads me to believe that they are genuiinely concerned about the buyer's needs. I would without hesitation return to this store to purchase a vehicle and hands down, recommend it to any other buyer. This has truly been a special experience. More
