Your detailing was not what I expected after the hype on the website. There was a sticky something not even wiped off inside. Excessive surface scratches that would have taken a minimal hour buffing. Aside from that - the car was not there when I arrived, after driving an hour we waited for it to arrive from another lot ? I did confirm my appointment soooo not sure what that was. In the test drive it pulled to the right, but we were told it was aligned. When we asked about it and the scratches, the response was - well at the price we bought it for, we aren't going to do all that or put anything into it. So I guess neither am I right ? Having bought my car from a Fred Martin dealership, I expected more but, was extremely disappointed. I honestly thought I would be driving that vehicle home. Gabe was fabulous and could/should have made a sale, but the sub par prep/service of the vehicle........ really let him down that day. They failed Gabe because- I can find another car for sure. There are far too many auto dealerships out there to settle.
