He is a perfect example of outstanding customer service. He never says no and always finds a way to figure something out whether it's a specific issue or just simply planning for service to get something done that could be a possible time constraint. Greg K and the service team I am not typically the type of person to write reviews...but Greg and the guys in the service department are awesome. Took my car in for a check engi I am not typically the type of person to write reviews...but Greg and the guys in the service department are awesome. Took my car in for a check engine light...found out there were multiple problems, all of which I cold not afford to get repaired at the time. Greg Kleibscheidel got with the mechanics, and they made a prioritized listing of what was immediately urgent, and what could potentially hold off until I had more funds available to get them all taken care of. These guys were very knowledgable and helpful in explaining everything that needed to be repaired. Most dealerships would have pressed to trade the car in for a newer one, or pushed to get every dime they could out of me...not these guys. They were very considerate of my situation, and bent over backwards to make things work out best for me. More
