I chose to take the vehicle for a test drive but beforehand Mike gave me a run down of the vehicle and special features that were specific to this vehicle. That made me feel incredibly comfortable with it before I took it for a test drive. I was a little conflicted from which vehicle to purchase since I was looking at two of them but Mike showed a great deal of patience and applied no pressure whatsoever so I had extra time to think it over. The next day I took it for another test drive and decided that was the one for me. Mike was extremely helpful in the whole process as well as Luke with financing. Everything was taken care of and I was ready to go that day! The non pushy and human aspect to this whole car buying experience made me feel so comfortable and confident in their service.
