I'm a college student with a strict budget. I came to Fred Mueller with the intention of just looking around. I was at the dealership half and hour before they opened and Mike was already on the lot. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. Mike did everything he could to make sure that my needs were met. Mike spent half his day working with me only, even though they had a sale going on. I never once felt like Mike was being pushy or trying to get me into something I didn't want/need. I even forgot some things in the car I traded in and Mike was more than willing to make sure my stuff got back to me. He even sent me an email the next day making sure that everything was going well. We came to Fred Mueller Auto looking for a used car for our daughter. They were running a sale on Grand. We met Mike, he asked what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right dirrection. He was never pushy, he got us a great deal and we were very happy with the service he provided us. Mike answered every question I had about SUV trucks and showed his 20 years of experience in the business and let me tell you I had alot of questions. It was quite obvious that this was the the right sales man and dealership for us. We decided to purchase the truck and what a great experience we had here. After we bought the truck you would think that the sale is complete so now everything is done and over with. At Fred Muellers this is not the case, before we left the general manager came and told us that this is not the end but just the begining. He said please call us with any questions comments or concerns we back what we sell. What a great feeling this for buyers. Our experience at Fred Muellers in Schofield was one of the best that we have ever had while making a major purchase. I can honestly say we bought this truck number one because we liked it and number two Mike did such a great job of working with our budget and giving his outstanding knowledge of the Buick Rainier.
