Mike Kohler was the one who I was put in contact with and I'm glad he was. It was a great car buying experience. They let me take the car overnight so my wife and I could drive it together and get a real feel for it. We ultimately decided that we wanted the same model with more features. I brought a list of what we wanted the next day when I returned the car and they immediately got onto the computer and found a car in a neighboring state that they could get to me the next day. The next day I test drove the car, signed the papers, and set up a time to pick it up the next day (after they cleaned the vehicle inside and out). My wife and I showed up to take the car home and were pleasantly surprised with a handful of balloons! Then Mike walked us through the car's gadgets and gave us some of his own tips. My husband and I always dread the pushiness and game playing involved with purchasing a car or truck. This was NOT the case when we were first approached by Mike Kohler. Mike made car shopping enjoyable. He answered any questions we had and was extremely patient with us, which is important. There were no "hard" sales here. This car buying process took us several months, as my DH and I looked into different makes and models. We finally returned to Mike and purchased a new Mazda. Mike has been extremely helpful and goes out of his way to take care of the customer. Several of our children living in the Milwaukee area are currently looking at purchasing new vehicles, and I am going to advise them to talk to Mike when they come to visit. Also, I want to thank Russ V. for all of his help with financing. He also contributed to our overall GREAT experience. We will definitely return here when we need a new vehicle. More
