I was looking for a new suv. My friend and I went to Fred Mueller Mazda and found a excellent little suv that fit me perfectly. I was looking at a CX-5. Chris was the one that took me for a test drive Fred Mueller Mazda and found a excellent little suv that fit me perfectly. I was looking at a CX-5. Chris was the one that took me for a test drive, and kept in contact with me. I found the car that I wanted on line at a different dealership. Chris got a hold of the dealer and it had been sold by then, so he found one at a different dealer and got it for me. I went to pick it up the same week. Kevin was very helpful with financing it and got me a lower rate than expected. Chris took my daughter and I through the car, how it works the special features, and I was very impressed by his knowlege. I would tell anyone that is need of a new car to to go to Fred Mueller and deal with Chris and Kevin. I'm a college student with a strict budget. I came to Fred Mueller with the intention of just looking around. I was at the dealership half and hour before they opened and Mike was already on the lot. I told him exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was. Mike did everything he could to make sure that my needs were met. Mike spent half his day working with me only, even though they had a sale going on. I never once felt like Mike was being pushy or trying to get me into something I didn't want/need. I even forgot some things in the car I traded in and Mike was more than willing to make sure my stuff got back to me. He even sent me an email the next day making sure that everything was going well.
