Unexpected vehicle trade-in Mike called me up to check on a mechanical issue he helped me with. During the call, he told me about a vehicle he had just put on the lot, and just w Mike called me up to check on a mechanical issue he helped me with. I spoke with my wife, who has not been real happy with a prior purchased vehicle due to poor winter driving issues. We went to the dealership, and Mike had the vehicle waiting for us to look at and test drive, and by the time we came back, had all our numbers for trade in value if we were interested. Mike has never been pushy in his delivery, and truly goes out of his way to make sure customers leave satisfied. Within a couple days, we left with the newer vehicle, slightly lower payment, and a very happy wife!
