This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and everyone was very helpful. My sales representative, Jim Jarvis, walked me through every step of the process and simplified any questions I had. He was honest with me and explained the functions of my vehicle, showed me the CarFax, and presented me with the inspection report from Fredy Chevy. I was able to drive the car in town, on a back road, and on a highway during the test drive. I was nervous about purchasing a car for the first time, but Jim Jarvis and the staff at Fredy Chevy simplified and clarified every single question I had.
