Once the problem was found and the part was ordered I brought the car back to have the part installed. I was told it would take a little longer than an hour to repair. But after waiting for an hour for t brought the car back to have the part installed. I was told it would take a little longer than an hour to repair. But after waiting for an hour for the repair I was told I would have to bring it back to have the part installed because it was the wrong color. Then I was told it would have to be painted and I would be called to make an appointment for the repair. I asked if it was the antenna on the roof that was what was the problem and had to be painted. I was told it was another antenna somewhere else. After finally getting a call back to make an appointment I brought it back for the repair and had to wait over two hours for the repair that I was originally told would take just over one hour. This time I asked again what antenna it was that had to be replaced and was told it was the one on the roof of the car. I asked why it didn't come in the correct color because it should have been ordered by the vin number on the car and didn't get an answer. More
