Terrance Stovall came in and recovered the deal, which was dead because of Gabe. Would not recommend dealership but if you have to deal with Freedom Chevrolet, ask to work with Terrance. More

'Diagnostic' charge of $160.00 for a software patch Wife took her 2015 traverse in because the autostart stopped working shortly after we bought. She took it in and told the the issue but they had to do a $160.00 diagnostic test, knowing there was a software uodate ro fix this very issue that her truck never got.
