She has been my service professional person since I purchased my car at Freedom. She has never made me feel as if I am alone when getting my car serviced. Great Service Advisor I brought in my 2013 Enclave for oil change tire rotation break check and to see why the air conditioner was not cooling properly. At first I was told I brought in my 2013 Enclave for oil change tire rotation break check and to see why the air conditioner was not cooling properly. At first I was told they could not find anything wrong with the air but after a second check they did find out what the problem was. I'm glad my service advisor Rodney listened to my concerns anyone else would have not went the extra mile to have the air check again. Thanks Rodney you are the best. More
