I purchase a used car in the morning signed papers by 10:30 and vehicle was supposed to be washed and service before going out and had not been even done by 5:30 , that afternoon, I left dealership with 10:30 and vehicle was supposed to be washed and service before going out and had not been even done by 5:30 , that afternoon, I left dealership with my old vehicle. Technicians did not get with my sales person till 5:15 pm to let him know they had not even gotten to service the vehicle. Sales person , great. Financing , great, management needs to communicate with service and sales to make sure customers waiting have an update and not forget about them. Not sure if I want to go back for another vehicle. Depends on how the dealership management will handle this review after I spent a whole day from work and have to wait a second day to pick up a car that I already paid in full with a cashiers check and paperwork signed . Hope they read this and have a huge apology for making my day spent at their dealership, all day, a huge loss of my time. More

Lack of communication. We have extended warranty they said they were going to call them to get approval to fix our vehicle. The customer service was Awesome but the experience was not. I made a 9am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. checked in at 910am. They told me it was a busy day and could take up to three not. I made a 9am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. checked in at 910am. They told me it was a busy day and could take up to three hours. I went ahead and waited at the dealership thinking three hours was the worst case scenario. 6 boring hours later my truck was ready. Every hour the wonderful lady helping me would come up to me and let me know they were working on it but each hour past making it a terrible. I understand busy but I don't understand making someone wait in the lobby for 6 hours especially when it was scheduled. Next time I will skip Freedom Chevy and drive an extra 8 miles to the nearest chevy/gmc dealer. Do not recommend getting serviced here unless you really need to. I will not be back. More
