This is the second time that the service department has treated me like my time has no value! May I remind Freedom Chevy; that the service department is there to serve the customer! The customer is what makes the dealership; without us you will fail! I would suggest that service department be retrained to put the customer first. Second I would suggest that you put units in place for quick turn around of the customer in routine maintenance like oil change, tire rotation and balance, and fluid and pressure checks. I ended up changing my own oil! I though at 81 years old I was past that!
