Although we did not purchase our vehicle from Freedom Chevrolet, we have decided to continue to bring our vehicle to the Service Department for any other service needed. My last service appointment ended badly. The female service provider was very unprofessional and verbally combative when asked questions regarding the service. I asked to speak to a service manager or someone else who could assist me and I was informed that managers leave at 4pm and she was the only one to assist me. I then informed the young lady that she had become verbally combative and that our conversation regarding my vehicle's issue needs to end and I needed to speak to someone who could actually help me. The service advisor then stated, "Have a good day" and abruptly hung up on me leaving me with a vehicle issue that was unresolved. More

Purchased used vehicle in November 2022 with pre existing dent. Was told it would get fixed if purchased. Dent did not get fixed till June 2023. Sales person kept giving me the run around with an appointment dent. Was told it would get fixed if purchased. Dent did not get fixed till June 2023. Sales person kept giving me the run around with an appointment time and date to fix the issue. He kept saying he would call me back and never did. When vehicle was fixed it was returned extremely dirty in the interior (dusty) had to argue with the service department to get them to clean it before delivery it to us. Service department has a super long wait every time when you call. You are on hold at least 15 minutes every time you call. In the end they came through with what they promised but, had to fight tooth and nail to get it done. I would not recommend this dealership to my friends and family. -Rock More
