The customer service was Awesome but the experience was not. I made a 9am appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. checked in at 910am. They told me it was a busy day and could take up to three hours. I went ahead and waited at the dealership thinking three hours was the worst case scenario. 6 boring hours later my truck was ready. Every hour the wonderful lady helping me would come up to me and let me know they were working on it but each hour past making it a terrible. I understand busy but I don't understand making someone wait in the lobby for 6 hours especially when it was scheduled. Next time I will skip Freedom Chevy and drive an extra 8 miles to the nearest chevy/gmc dealer. Do not recommend getting serviced here unless you really need to. I will not be back. More

I booked service for 9:00 am! I arrived a half hour early. The lady behind the service desk was doing every thing but providing service! When she got to me I was informed that i I arrived a half hour early. The lady behind the service desk was doing every thing but providing service! When she got to me I was informed that it would take seven hours to get my oil changed! I told her that I was waiting, and seven hours wait was not acceptable. I also told that a ride from the dealership was AVAILABLE, but it turn out I was out of the area they provided rides! I was told I would have to wait! Your service department is a joke! In fact it's so bad I will never return for service! I will also find another dealership to buy my next new Chevy from! Former new Chevy buyer! More
Horrible service. It shouldn't take 3 hours to get a spare key and FOB. There was no communication and my service advisor left before the work was completed. Already frustrated after talking with another dealership and Called about an engine issue on my 2018 Silverado 1500. Jesse shown concern and after hearing the problem had a possible reason due to previous sounding issues. Checked me in quickly and confirmed warranty was still good. Once the mechanic was able to assess, quickly told me the issue and that my warranty will cover the repair. Provided a rental car while the repairs were being completed. Great customer service, and took care of concerns. Now I will be looking for a used car for my soon to be 16y/o, freedom is now on the list of places to look. More
