Took my car in for an oil change and my inside door handle was broken. The Tech also drained my battery atleast two times during the visit, so much that I couldn't even turn the engine, only the green handle was broken. The Tech also drained my battery atleast two times during the visit, so much that I couldn't even turn the engine, only the green lights on the dash would come on. Then they used a jumper box to jump it and send me on my way. I'll be needing to buy a new battery since it's not holding its charge now. The service used to be great here but now I don't think I trust them to even change my oil. Also, I was told that my car is old and things break, almost as if it was my fault the tech broke the handle. They never fixed it.. Really disappointed on how things went down. More
