Facility did noes not have enough employees, took 3 days to evaluate my vehicle. New method of text communication, POOR! Asked for update twice and did not get a complete answer to questions. Technician pencil whipped report recommended services, filter replacement and fuel injector cleaning. I already replaced filters and let them know via survey from last visit. Fuel injector should have been done before vehicle was sold again. When I asked why it was needed very rudely told because of your milage. I have only had car for 6 months. I never expected to pay close to $600.00 for a repair so soon. Asked for additional information (hours spent to evaluate). Service rider (Linda) did not know. Could not calculate cost, removing warranty allowance, plus discount. I asked because I needed to get full amount to get money from the bank. I picked up the vehicle the following morning, noticed stains on my car seat. I was late for work, so I took a picture and sent to service rider. I was extremely upset, this was her response "Hello mam I’ll ask tech see if he is aware of this seat being stained before hand!" It was a very busy day at work and had no time to follow up. I texted the next day and to this date no response. I will not be taking back my vehicle for service at this dealership. I do not trust this facility for any my vehicle service. More

Took vehicle in for repairs and was quoted a price. All items submitted were not repaired and $400 quote turned into almost $7000. Needless to say we will not go back for purchase or repair.
