Our salesperson was Mike. We had talked about the vehicle that we wanted by phone, and at my request he had me approved by the time we got there. We went for a test drive, crunched the numbers and left in ou that we wanted by phone, and at my request he had me approved by the time we got there. The lifetime powertrain warranty this dealership offers was a huge factor in our decision as well. More

They offer a lifetime powertrain warranty. The problem is you have to return to the dealer where purchased for oil changes or call the warranty company before getting an oil change somewhere else. If you forget to call before getting an oil change, it voids the warranty. Freestone Ford did not disclose this until we were sitting down in the business office to sign papers for the sale! More
