I had a disappointing experience at Freedom Nissan. It started out great working with Art, we came to an agreement on a price on the car I wanted. We signed the paperwork including the Certified Preowned started out great working with Art, we came to an agreement on a price on the car I wanted. We signed the paperwork including the Certified Preowned documents, and then I came back the next day to pick up the car, since it still needed to be detailed along with the Certified Preowned inspection. I noticed a couple days after, that there was no owners manual in the car. I contacted Art and he said he would order one for me. 10 days after that I had not heard from him, and I also noticed the state inspection sticker was expiring within the month. So I contacted Art again, he had someone from the service dept. call me after about a week or so. They said I didn't need an appointment and I could just come in for the sticker. I came in a few days later and they told me they never did the CPO or state inspection and that those needed to be done. Very frustrating to hear this, since I was told when I picked up the car that the inspections had been done and the car was all set. Also a new owners manual had not been ordered for me yet. I didn't have time to leave my car that day, and I don't live close to the dealership so this has been a huge inconvenience. I asked to speak to a manager while I was there, and they said no one was available. I also contacted both owners of the dealership by email to address these issues, and never got a response from either of them. Very disappointing to not feel like a priority. I absolutely love the car I bought, but it was a less than enjoyable experience working with this dealership. More

This was my first car purchase and I was nervous as I had gone into another dealer earlier and it didn't felt welcoming.
