Best Experience With A Dealership Ever!!! My wife and I have been leasing Honda Odysses for the last 9-years. Our lease was coming to and end and we decided to take a look at the Town and Coun My wife and I have been leasing Honda Odysses for the last 9-years. Our lease was coming to and end and we decided to take a look at the Town and Country. As soon as we entered the dealership, we were greeted by Jay Thompson, one of the sales team. I explained to Jay my leasing history and I wanted to know about the Town and Country. Jay took his time to thoroughly explain the vehicles and their options. He then took me out to the dealer lot and showed me each one of the vehicles. I was completely surprised to know the Town and Country Touring-L had more options and features than my Odyssey, and it was a really nice looking van. I was also surprised and pleased with Jay. He WAS NOT the stereotypical "Car Salesman". He was easy to get along with, answered all of my questions and at no time did he make me feel like I was bothering him or feel pressured to buy a car. I was so impressed I asked "How much?" Jay introduced me to his Sales Managers Matt and Harry and their finance manager Havier. Again, great guys and easy to get along with. When they were done running all the numbers, they had come up with a lease I couldn't say no to. Needless to say Honda Odyssey is gone and I have a brand new Chrysler Town and Country in the driveway. I will definitely suggest friends and family go visit Freehold Chrysler, Jay Thompson and the rest of the staff, before going anywhere else. More

Salesman awesome, management could be better. Jacques Lahaie Was my salesman, he was perfect. The pressureless nature was a good feeling. He explained that wether i purchase a 50000 jeep or a 2000 dollar jeep he is not paid higher or lower. He works off reviews. That is extremely refreshing because there is a certain level of honesty that is reached when there is no motive, aside from customer experience, driving the sale. When it came time to speak numbers and negotoating price, the team leader was, for lack of a cleaner word, short. The first numbers are obviously ridiculous, both their first, and mine. When he told me how much a month i responded with 'thats too much, would like to pay around this'. I asked for a breakdown of the numbers and how he came to those numbers and was told he would print it and then told me to have a nice day in the same breath lol. I love that part, but in all honesty it got under my skin that he was just so rude and unwilling to even try and negotiate. In the end, i bought a car.. Mostly because of the service and respect from Jacques. If he wasn't as pleasent to deal with as he was, i would have told the 'team leader' To forget it and took my purchase elsewhere. Love the car.. Thanks Jacques Lahaie! More
