He spent about two hours with me explaining every small detail of the vehicle.He answered all my questions to my full satisfaction. I took test drive in two different vehicles. John was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. He didn't tell me what car I could get, but let me pick out the car I wanted based on how much I wanted to spend. He was so helpful and at the end of the night I walked out with an even more expensive jeep that I thought I couldn't afford. I truly appreciate the care he put into his work and mostly appreciate how he explained Chrysler Jeep's new process... there is no more "negotiating table" so that made is so much easier and less stressful then usual. No going back and forth with numbers and pretending "you're going to leave if you don't get the price you want". Right there in front of me were the exact numbers for that particular car and if I couldn't afford it, then we moved onto the next. I truly would recommend this dealership to ANYONE looking for a CAR period! They have a HUGE selection of Jeeps, Chryslers, and many more name brand cars with also great deals.
