Way too long to lease a car The dealership itself needs a better operating model. I had no prior lease, nothing to turn over, and outstanding credit, and it took me 5.5 hours to The dealership itself needs a better operating model. I had no prior lease, nothing to turn over, and outstanding credit, and it took me 5.5 hours to get out of there with a lease. For some reason there was only one Finance Manager there which extended the process 2+ hours. The Sales rep Michael G. did all he could do to expedite the process and he did a great job, but it is hard to recommend a place that takes this long to seal a relatively easy deal. More

Reason for my negative review was their lack of care for the fact that someone on their detail crew stole my brand new ray ban sunglasses from my trade in. I was not able to visit the used car center (their rules) nor was I able to contact them. After spending almost 37 grand at their dealership, I expected a little bit more in terms of customer care an appreciation, but you won't find it here. Didn't even receive a phone call after I purchased. I will not put the names of the sales team in my review, as this has nothing to do with them. This is for management and their "trustworthy" detail crew. More

We are NOT exceptionally easy to please and have dealt with many other dealerships through the years. As a matter of fact, we dealt with Freehold Jeep b/c we became unhappy with our prior dealership. Best experience ever. "Belle" was our salesperson and we highly recommend her: knowledgeable, affable and, above all, not pushy. Kudos also to Harry Palmer and Kristina Melendy who, along with Belle, made this a very positive experience. BTW, 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee is 5 star. More
