Excellent Buying Experience My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Compass. We ordered it from the factory because we wanted some options that were not on any of the vehicles on the My wife and I purchased a new Jeep Compass. The process took less time than we were told and we were contracted throughout the process. We were told when it was finished and when we would expect it and it came in sooner. Matt Miller handled this process and keep us current on the purchase. Matt did an excellent job. He was very informative about the vehicle and walked us through how everything worked on the vehicle. He took care of everything so we could pick is up quickly. We were vary happy with the purchase and Matt and Freehold Jeep were great throughout the process. We got the Compass for a good price and service was great. I recommend buying from this dealer and Matt's handling of our pick up. More

Can't even compare to the other Jeep dealerships in Union County and Somerset County that I've dealt with in the past. Freehold Jeep's initial offer required little negotiations and right off the bat was better than the deal I had negotiated back and forth with at a previous dealership where I was a returning customer with three prior Jeep leases under my belt. I recently moved down to Monmouth County and while my intention was to go with the lease I had negotiated at the previous dealership, I decided to just quickly stop into Freehold Jeep for a quote after seeing one of their ads on TV. A couple hours later I was riding out in a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and was extremely happy I had made that decision. From Stephanie the Sales Person to Danny the Manager to Eddie in Finance it was a very pleasurable stress free morning with no hassles. If the service team ends up as good as the sales team than this will be a complete home run! More

My experience then was pleasant, stress free, and left the dealership smiling which doesn't happen much when buying or leasing a vehicle. So my lease was ending and I decided to go to various other dealerships to maybe get in a different car this time. MY experience was disheartening , aggravating and stressful. High-end car dealerships still using antiquated selling techniques. Going back and forth to their managers and aggravating the xxxx out of you. How in this world if you are a salesperson you don't know how much a car cost or what lease deals are currently goin on. Frustrated I walked once again into Freehold Jeep. I was greeted by Salesman Michael Granville. I saw a Jeep in the showroom that caught my eye and said I want a lease price on that car. I told him I had limited time because of an engagement I had to attend. Michel said I'll pull the same car in front for you to test drive it. I told him I had a lease return. He said my car guy will check your car out while we test drive and my manager Danny Velez will get you the lease prices during that time. We did a short test drive, walked back into the dealership. The "Car Guy" gave me the thumbs up and Danny was waiting with my lease prices. All this in about 15 minutes. I had to run due to my prior commitment. Due to Freehold Jeeps No Drama, No Stress techniques and of course their vehicles I returned the next day to lease my third vehicle from Freehold Jeep. To just cap off my experience before driving out I had the dreaded meeting with the Finance guy which usually turns into a aggravating experience in most dealerships. I met Harry Palmer the Finance guy. I told him I had to drive down to LBI and traffic was already starting to build up being it was Memorial Day weekend. I never met a more professional and articulate person. Harry called my insurance agent, took my info and obtained my lease approvals in record time. All phases of my experience was incredible.
