Great Customer Service I had a bad experience at another Jeep dealership so I decided to give Freehold a shot. Matt Miller answered my call and was able to find a Jeep in t I had a bad experience at another Jeep dealership so I decided to give Freehold a shot. Matt Miller answered my call and was able to find a Jeep in their inventory which matched a very specific request I had. He pulled it out front so it was waiting for me when I arrived 20 minutes later. We went for a test drive then negotiated the lease. It was after closing hours when we finally finished but Matt stuck with me until the end. I drove home in my new Jeep that night. Thanks to Matt for taking the time to research my non-negotiable request. I love my new Wrangler! More

Great Experience This dealership went above and beyond to get me into a new Jeep. I went through a divorce not too long ago. During the divorce my credit went through This dealership went above and beyond to get me into a new Jeep. I went through a divorce not too long ago. During the divorce my credit went through a real decline. Luckily I have been able to clean it up and am in now in good standing and don’t owe anyone any money. However, even if I am in good standing now the damage stays on your credit. Up until my divorce I had perfect credit so when the Team at Jeep was reviewing my credit history- they say that the decline in my score happened exactly how I explained it. I make a very comfortable living so I had money on my side. However, the Jeep Team really had to work to get me approved. I am paying a bit of a higher finance percentage which makes my monthly payment a bit higher. I was fully expecting this. My point is that other dealerships may have said when you get your “stuff” together come back. They really helped get to a price that worked for me. They helped with the bank. And ultimately are helping me fix my credit. They did not need to go that extra mile. But they did and I am very appreciative of them. I highly recommend this dealership. The Team is great and I will definitely go back when/if I need another car in the future. Thank you for the help! More
