Incompetent People working in Service Dept. I took my Jeep Wrangler in to fix a water leak and they told me I had to remove my wiring from my door in order for them to install a new weather stri I took my Jeep Wrangler in to fix a water leak and they told me I had to remove my wiring from my door in order for them to install a new weather strip around the door. I showed the Service Rep the connector and disconnects the wiring under the dash. BTW is was sitting right there in front of him. So they didn't fix it because they weren't smart enough to figure out the wiring has a connector that can be disconnected. They also did not clean the water from my passenger side floor front and rear and it was soak and wet. They didn't even have the common sense to clean or dry it for me. When I showed the service technician how to disconnect the wiring I asked him if he knew what customer service means. he couldn't answer me. Oddly enough this is his job. Incompetent technicians at this dealership. watch out for Jeep Wrangler not getting the attention it should by professional techs. More
