Freehold was the first stop we made and decided there was no reason to visit another. I have never been treated so respectfully as Jim treated us. He answered every question positively and fully and if he didn't know he found the answer quickly.He acted like he wanted to help--not just make a sale. Some of the other salespeople on site acted as if we were of little consequence to them or Freehold in general. This explains the four star rather than the five star rating. Luckily we did not purchase at this visit as our two income family became a one income family and the new Jeep would have had to have been sold or repossessed. When things improve, we will find Jim. Attempted to get an oil change this morning (6 were included when I purchased my car) was told I would have to wait hours! They suggested I make an appointment, first available was two weeks from now. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I am foregoing my 6 free oil changes and going to a real dealership and having it done quickly and professionally with no attitude from idiot workers at Freehold Chrysler. Amateurishness does not nearly describe my experience. I regret having bought here, NEVER again! More
