Pleasantly surprised! I have bought or leased over a dozen cars. I have been taken advantage of by several dealerships in the past. I was very skeptical going into this dea I have bought or leased over a dozen cars. I have been taken advantage of by several dealerships in the past. I was very skeptical going into this dealership. I was also not going to give in. Anyway, our salesman William was very pleasant to deal with, He was not pushy, went out of his way to get us a test drive in a specific car. I left the dealership and found a cheaper price somewhere else. I went back to the dealership and gave them a chance to match it. To my surprise they did! Overall a very good experience.In the past at other dealerships I have waited as long as 6 hours for the whole process to be completed.I was in and out with my brand new car in 1 hour! If your looking for a Chrysler or Jeep give Freehold Chrysler Jeep a try. Ask for William! Great guy. Do your homework on pricing before you go in. Knowledge is power. More

Missing componenst on new car - Sales terrible I have leased a town and country from Here. They are courteous until you sign. Then they are totally different place. When I took delivery and found out later that they did not have a spare tire. I went and asked them. They were giving me fake stories like "New vehicles do not have spares for fuel economy" I refuted that since the manual says that this model has one. The sales guys were unprofessional and demeaning to me and said "I will be blunt. You ain't going to get one and If you keep trying I am going to walk you out". Worst place to do business. I leased my earlier one from World Jeep in Shrewsbury - I am definitely going back to World Jeep. If you have to get a car fro here check every bolt prior to take delivery if not you are paying for it! But Service center is 5Star rating! More
