On a day when Dean was unavailable, we met with Ira Gross, whose energy and support was delightful. Ira gave us everything we needed in Dean's absence. We met with Dean again today breezed through the final steps of the process and we were made to feel very special on the day we picked up our car and drove it home. The purchasing experience at Freehold Subaru was easy. I was not harassed by the staff and Mort worked with me to ensure my new to me but used TriBeCa was in tip top shape when i picked up the vehicle. There were two tiny chips in the windshield and after inspection they decided to replace it on their dime. The Six year/100k miles bumper to bumper warranty was a great add on for $1500. Since I was a AAA member the warranty cost $1000. That piece of mind was well worth the money, inexpensive as it was. It was a pleasure to work with Mort in sales and Steve in finance. More
