We liked the low pressure sales experience and the no haggle pricing. HOWEVER, the post sales experience was horrible. Vehicle was registered in the wrong county, requiring me to stand in line in my county to transfer the plate and then pay the wheel tax (again). Even WORSE, I was charged sales tax for the wrong county (overcharged by around $10), but the registration receipt shows a DEFICIT of $1000 - as in they underpaid the state by $1000. I contacted the dealership to correct this, assuming it to be a typo, but no one has followed up. The title clerk only returned my call days later after I reached out to my sales rep. Her response, "I don't do that". I asked her to take care of it and follow up with me on the next business day....I'm still waiting for that call. Tax problems are serious and, in frustration, I turned it over to the state to figure out. Great way to ruin what had been a very positive experience. I don't know if its simple errors or something worse, but I don't want to be on the hook for something I already paid. More
