Spoke with Ellis Roberts and he got us in and checked over within a reasonable amount of time since we didn't have an appointment. There was a rock between the passenger front brake rotor and backing plate. We were very pleased that they were able to remove it and get us back on the road. I found myself at Freeland with a concern over the oil consumption with our 2015 SS camaro. Ken put on velvet gloves, and dealt with me more openly, honestly, and genuinely than the other dealer with concern to the matter that brought me there. He is a true professional and knows the meaning of respect, non-bias decsions, and handling irate, dissapointed and bullish customer. He took the time that the other dealer could care less to take in explaining to me completly, honestly, and clearly the situation with our vehicle. I rarely regret decisions that I make, but admit that I regret not buying our car at Freeland. They are closer to us than the lesser dealer that will never see us darken their door again. With staff like Ken, and Jonathon in Service Freeland is the better and more deserving GM dealer for not only our business but your business also. This dealers staff will take the time to LISTEN !
