They gave me a car to drive, while they installed a new fuel pump, which was under special warranty...My visit was painless and my service was awesome. Very Professional and Thorough Service Was visiting my daughter in Nashville when I noticed an unusual noise in front of our Venture. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Service Consultant Ellis Roberts. He was very helpful. The repairs were finished shortly after the service area closed. I am very pleased with Ellis Roberts' customer relations skills, knowledge, and professionalism. If I lived in the Nashville area, I would make Freeland my "go to" dealership for sales and service and Ellis Roberts' as my "go to" Service Consultant. Best Car Buying experince ever!
