It was a blessed experience. Andy not only made it a pleasant and easy process, he treated me as family and made sure I got the best of the deal. He prove to be trustworthy and dedicated to making sure I was well taken care of. He made sure that what I was purchasing was not only a good deal financially but that it would be safe for me in the long run. He went above and beyond what a Salesman responsibility is and was truly a blessing to me beyond what I could have expected. I'm so grateful for him putting his heart in what he does. Lack of support after the sale Very stereotypical used car salesman experience. We had 3 texts, 4 phone calls and 2 emails unanswered after our brand new Rebel was delivered. I expected just a little more effort to ensure our satisfaction. We don't live or work in the area near the dealership. The license plate was delivered there. We called 4 times asking them to mail the plates to our home. Joseph Newsom said, "I will see what I can do." Nothing more and never followed up. We left 2 messages with the receptionist. Never heard back. Finally spoke with someone that agreed to send the plates to a different dealership and let them mail it to me. My temporary plates expired on 20-Oct-2017. I didn't get the new tags til 9-Nov-2017. This iOS just one example. I don't feel the need to elaborate more. More

Lack of Communication. Left jeep for recall service at 7:30 AM and was told it would be 2 hours max. 6.5 hours later still not done. No communication all day. Very frustrated that I am stuck without a vehicle (they would not give me anything to drive) so I have missed appointments and have not been able to be where I said I would. I will never return to this dealer. Terrible Service. And the service people do not even care. More
Unqualified Technicians My car has been in the shop at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram at least 30 times, on numerous occasions for the same issue. After speaking with both the owner and service manager (which there has been at least 3 or 4 different ones in the last 6 months) will give me the run around about the issues saying they can't duplicate the issue. I have taken my car to the shop and they will tell me its fixed but between a day to a week later the same issue would arise again. I have asked for a replacement car because of the countless times its been in the shop but I have been told by the Chrysler company and a 3rd party arbitration that its not a manufacturer issue. But when you have had 5-6 different issues with the same car that you purchased new, would say there is something wrong with the car. The car is unsafe. I am afraid to take my car on a trip to visit my elderly mother but I am afraid daily that the car will stop on me as I transport my kids back and forth to school and other activities. Being a single parent, I purchased a new car because I wanted a safe and reliable car for my family but after purchasing this car from Nashville Chrysler, I am not sure if I chose the right company to purchase from. They have went so far as to accuse my children for issues with the car. My kids are now 13 & 14 and don't drive. That's really insulting to me and my kids because Chrysler doesn't want to take the responsibility of their car's malfunctioning. In the process I have learned that I am not the only person that is having these issues, a person who say my car right after I purchased it, liked the look and went and purchased one. Well needless to say, they are also having issues with their car. To top it off, after I expressed my concerns of the company on their facebook page, the owner, Bent, decided to block me from their facebook. I thought that was the purpose of a company. I am very displeased with the quality of service and management at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. And furthermore, I am very displeased in the unsafe car, I am being forced to drive. More
Buy at your own risk. 1.Lied about the mileage and still wanted me to take vehicle( I refused) and yes paperwork was done. 2. Got a different vehicle after getting lied to about the 1st, signed some more paperwork etc. Got home, NO drive out tag! (The salesman says) "oh, you didn't tell me". I'm the customer, do your job ANDY. 3. I asked to have my tags mailed,because I had been back forth to the dealership on their mishaps. They said ,fine,will do ,no problem. I even called to make certain that the employees knew, hey this guy asked for his to mailed. I got confirmation "yes sir ,it will be mailed" Some time later I get a call"Sir, your tags are ready to be picked up!"(at the dealership) SMH! 4.Sometime after that, Jim calls me and says can you give me the Vin# to your vehicle, we're trying to figure something out". Something about keys. Anyway, he said he would back let me know the result of whatever it was he was figuring. I'm still waiting on that call, it's been 5days now. 5. My tags finally come via mail, liked I asked. Awesome right? NOOO! The employees there gave me the wrong vehicle registration!(different vehicle)Can we say incompetent? 6. I called about the incorrect registration and all, spoke with Toni, who was very pleasant to talk to. She reassured me that the problem was being handled, thanks Toni! She also reassured me that they would overnight me another drive out tag,because of course the 1st is about to expire. The next day comes and the FedEx guy drops off the envelope to my home, I open the envelope and there is nothing inside! I have been reasonble(hadnt rasie my voice, used my manners,yes sir, yes ma'am etc)with these ppl with all the screw ups i have endured from and they contiunely screw up. It seems ,now that it is purposely being done. (It may not be true). But you cannot blame a person for thinking that way. Needless to say, I will never purchase a vehicle from again and of course they don't care. Guys reading this! Do not expect great service from them. Purchase there if you want,but DO NOT expect great, good,fair ,I'm etc service from them. I hope you do ,though. More
RIPPED US OFF!!! Don't ever use them 😡 We had to take our vehicle in because it was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat, gasket and coolant and charged almost $500!!!! So $425 for labor on such a simple repair is RIDICULOUS!!! PLUS, they kept the vehicle for FOUR days!!!!! Don't EVER EVER use these people!!!! More
Not a very good experience ! Took months to buy a vehicle from this dealership . Was quoted one price on my trade-in and got there and another. Finally made the deal two months later it was like trying to beg them to sell the Jeep . Took ownership of the jeep and had to have parts of it buffed out because of spots . I will definitely never buy another vehicle from these guys . More
Missing Tammy Tammy the service mgr at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the best service provider I have ever seen. She takes care of her service customers as Tammy the service mgr at Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is the best service provider I have ever seen. She takes care of her service customers as if she owns the dealership. She really bends over backwards to give you the fair honest service she would want herself. The unfortunate thing is she is leaving the dealership and because of that I will not be back unless I have an issue under warranty. Had I known of this site earlier, I would have told the world how amazing and wonderfully caring she is long before now. Tammy you are an amazing gift to all of the people who have been enriched by you. Thank you for all of the times that you took such amazing care of me and the people who work with you. The dealership has lost a critical operational piece and a tremendous customer advocate. Where ever your next opportunity takes you, I hope that you are as loved cared for and appreciated as you are by your customers here. Nashville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram will never be the same without you. Last note about the service dept, I think they need to remove that $10.50 repair paperwork charge More
