Friendly, funny, and honest I worked with multiple people while I was here. I spoke with Jose Cabello, a friendly financer, Chuck, a salesman, and Tyler, another salesman. Jose is probably one of the funniest people I've met. He set the tone of the day to be relaxed and stress-free. Chuck is a very friendly man who really knows his stuff when it comes to cars, and Tyler is probably the most helpful-yet-still-not-pushy salesmen I've worked with. He's very honest, works hard, and both him and Chuck know not to waste your time with a bad used car. I walked in not feeling like I would find much of anything at the dealership, as they did not have much I was keen on on their website in my price range. We negotiated quite a bit and after a few duds, they brought out the big guns. I ended up walking away with a sweet deal on an '07 Mitsubishi Galant feeling very confident that I got the best deal possible for my money. They even included new tires and brakes, giving that extra value feel, especially with this car where tires tend to be on the more expensive side. All in all a fantastic experience, I highly recommend it. More

Ron Radcliffe contacted me and we discussed the Wrangler and I made an appointment to visit the dealership. Having bought several new vehicles over the last several years, I did not want to play the games that normally happen when you go to buy a new car. Ron understood my concerns and did not waste my time which is very much appreciated. I had a 2013 Ram 1500 that I was trading and knew how much it was worth. We only had one negotiation and Ron and his manager were able to offer me a fair price on my trade. It was a very good experience and I would recommend this dealership. I would be remiss if I did not give proper recognition to Ron Radcliffe. He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I appreciate the fact that he served our country and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. In fact, everyone I met at the dealership was friendly and personable. I left my garage door opener in my trade and had to go back to the dealership. I was met by a mechanic and I cannot remember his name. He had long hair and it was in a ponytail. We discussed sports and basketball. Great guy who seems to really care about his job and the customer. Thanks for a great experience and keep up the great work. Went back to pick up car on 19th drove less than 10 miles car filled with fumes. Took car back exhaust pipe was cut. Call to check status on Wed was told car not fixed FUEL LINE CUT IN ERROR. Today April 1st still do no have my car. Left voicemail for Tammy Kelley have yet to receive a return call. All updates received were due to me calling to check status. Have call Chrysler to file a formal complaint . More
