Today we had our 5 day old GMC Denali Truck dashboard display start blinking. We took it to our dealership and requested the General Manager. We met and worked with Jeff. He and the service advisor William were able to not only get our new truck reprogrammed but do it in a timely manner. Must say, we were not happy about having this experience on a truck with 150 miles on it, but Jeff was very accommodating and understanding our concern. DO NOT BUY HERE! !!. John the sales manager is very rude and unprofessional. If you do not accept their terms they take it personal and get upset with you the potentia !!. I do not know how they have continued to do business like this. Maybe only work with the salesperson and stay away from the managers as they think they are way better than anyone. I use this dealer for my service and that will be ending due to this interaction. I also spoke with the store manager, his response was I have been working with John for 25 years and he isnt like that and just didnt care about the poor customer service. The only way to show them that they need to treat customers better is to not buy from them!!! More

Called Dealership before closing Monday evening. Ellory confirmed vehicle was in stock and was very pleasant to talk to. By lunch hour next day we had agreed to pricing, terms, and finance and were Ellory confirmed vehicle was in stock and was very pleasant to talk to. By lunch hour next day we had agreed to pricing, terms, and finance and were promised vehicle was on sold line for us and repeatedly reassured we had nothing to worry about and would be able to come next day ( Wednesday ) . Made travel arrangements, booked airline tickets and had relative scheduled to bring trade in so i could sign documents when they called and said they would offer a delivery for a nominal charge. Graciously accepted the delivery charge terms and cancelled travel plans and then finalized plan with Finance department to exchange title and payment for vehicle. Again , maintaining constant communication via text, phone, etc. Scheduled the delivery and had wife extraordinarily excited and then called night before saying another salesman had sold the car. Huh? We had our credit run to reserve the vehicle , agreed to terms, set up delivery, and coordinated all aspect of sale only to have rug pulled out from underneath us. Manager called to offer us a different color at an extra $500 discount which we declined. Unfortunately - we thought this dealer was good for their word with the constant messages of reassurance that they sent us. Our speculation is a better offer or quicker close came through the door and they jumped on it. Very sad experience. Wont be doing business with Freeman Group in the future. Buyer beware. More

On Feb 9, 2023, I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Acadia Denali from Mike Dumas. Mike went over and above showing us everything about our newly purchased vehicle and then on Saturday morning he texted us a Denali from Mike Dumas. Mike went over and above showing us everything about our newly purchased vehicle and then on Saturday morning he texted us and offered to drive to McKinney to set up our garage door remote in the car. AMAZING! We declined because we were determined to do it ourselves and didn't want to bother him. But the service from Mike to the last person we dealt with was helpful, kind, and extremely friendly. We are so pleased to do business with Freeman Buick GMC and Mike and will definitely recommend them and also be back ourselves. More

I purchased a used 2015 Yukon XL from Mike Dumas a year ago. The service I received was great and he took care of every concern. He must only sell cars to suckers and probably get only 2 a month. Not sure how the sales rep even has a desk. He should be mopping the floors until he learns what a call back is hahaha. Avoid this dealership at all cost. DO NOT BUY HERE! Brought a fully loaded 2018 Lexus paid off for trade in and got $9K higher offer in 3 other dealerships. I dealt with this place for 3 days and got nothing to show for it. Went somewhere else and left with a 2021 fully loaded in less than an hour. If you notice there isn't even a tab for GMC or the ability to select the employee you dealt with because they know there trash and don't want the review to truly reflect what type of service you will get here. Sales (New) only has the Pontiac option. So this dealership only sales new Pontiacs. Stay far away from this place On Nov 28, 2017, I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL63 from David Parrish at Freeman GMC Grapevine. I found the car on Auto Trader and called the dealersh On Nov 28, 2017, I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL63 from David Parrish at Freeman GMC Grapevine. I found the car on Auto Trader and called the dealership to speak to a salesperson as I was located out of state. The salesperson never returned my call, so I called again and spoke with David Parrish, the manager. He stated that the car was in excellent condition as it had only 15K miles and was well taken care of. I asked for videos of the interior, exterior and one of the car running. There were three videos, 2 of which were narrated. The salesman stated that the car was in showroom condition, with no scratches on the paint or glass. I found out after I received the car that the windshield was scratched and one section of the driver seat which was conveniently not shown was damaged. So, based on my conversation with David Parrish and the videos, I purchased the car. When I received the car, I noticed that the convertible hardtop was not working properly which they should have known had the checked the car out as they say they had., the latch on the center console was broken and the manuals were missing. I got prices to repair these items and to replace the manuals and called David Parrish. They agreed to pay for the top and the manuals. The next time I drove the car, the low coolant light came on, so I immediately went and had coolant added. I drove the car twice more and the second time which was a longer trip, the low coolant light came on again along with the Check Engine Light. I immediately stopped and called Mercedes. I had the car towed to them. Upon inspection, it was revealed that the engine had 2 broken head bolts and was leaking coolant into the cylinder heads. I was told that the problem was not something that just happened and the fact that the coolant was low to begin with was probably indicative that the problem existed prior to my purchase. I immediately notified David Parrish and told him that I would attempt to have Mercedes pay for the repair since the mileage was within warranty. Mercedes paid for 1/2 of the repair, so I sent the bill for the other half, $2500 to David Parrish. They informed me that they would not pay for that 1/2 of the repair. I paid for the repair and picked the car up that night, my first time driving the car at night, and noticed that the windshield was badly scratched with fine scratches, only visible at night, contrary to their video. I asked for that repair also and they declined. In my opinion, there is no way that they were not aware of the problems, and that they should pay to have them repaired. I would never purchase a car from this dealer again. I am contemplating legal action at this time. More
