Bailey is great! I had my car towed in 2/19/24 and called in four (4) times asking for Desmond. Not one of the calls told me Desmond is not there anymore. Finally I see my 4-runner and Bailey is by it trying to figure out who it belongs to. Bailey did a great job explaining what is going on and keeps me in the loop. I enjoyed Dwaine very much and he was very thorough with all of the pre-financing stuff. A personable and likeable guy. Jackson was nice but I honestly felt rushed and for someone that has a 780+ credit score, I expected to get a better rate than 9.2% on my Tacoma or whatever the rate ended up being. I paid $6000 down as well and still ended up with a high rate. I never saw the rate before I signed. I was asked to sign an electronic notepad and never saw the rate, only the payments, which I was not happy with either. I felt I paid too much with financing and contacted Jackson to bring the truck back a few days later but he explained that was the best deal I could get. I will gather the cash and pay it off quickly over the next few months. I refuse to pay that high of interest. I am not dissatisfied with the service, just the communication on such a large purchase could have been better. I do not buy cars often and it was just too hurried for me. More

We will be in the market to replace my wife's 2010 Venza in a year or two and we're thinking probably a 4 Runner. (She won't give up the Venza easily...) 4: I was disappointed at being quoted $230 to replace a Blower Motor Resistor, especially when I identified what had to be done in the first place. $190 for the diagnostic and $40 for the part was out of line - perhaps a 5 minute job. Many shops do the diagnostic for free and charge for the labor & part, I was expecting around $100-$125. Now I'll get the part online , watch a YouTube and do it myself or take to a local garage for around $80. My long-time dealer in Chicago would have found a way to make it less costly. You missed a chance to build some "goodwill" with a potential new car buyer. Chris was the highlight. Thanks for listening! More
