I was very pleased with the time it took to complete the service on my Tacoma on 09/14/2023. I had actually sent a review via text with the highest rating the next day. Unfortunately that review was prematu service on my Tacoma on 09/14/2023. I had actually sent a review via text with the highest rating the next day. Unfortunately that review was premature. On 09/16/2023, returning home from errands I noticed a spot on my driveway. A closer look found 3 oil spots. I had driven the truck 3 times since getting service. I looked under the truck and found that the oil pan was leaking around the drain plug. The drain plug was barely finger tight. I tightened the plug and there are no issues now. Fortunately, there was only a very small amount of oil lost. Dipstick still shows full. I replied to a text from 817-859-8897 requesting a review of the service I received. I replied with the explanation above, and a photo of the leaking oil pan on 09/17/2023. I have received no reply. This was a potentially dangerous issue, and something I wouldn't expect from Freeman.
