This dealership is pretty chill needed a car. They presented me with one within my range used of course. I scheduled an appointment to have my oil changed and the tires to be balanced and a possible alignment. When I pulled up the line was about average that it has been in the past. I waited 5 1/2 hours for my service. Just to let you know that I drive from East Plano, TX to get my car serviced at Freeman. I'm no wondering why???? My service advisor is GREAT (Tim Farrand) the lady at check out is great. The mechanic that worked on my car was great. The "New" management and what ever they have done to "improve" the Freeman experience SUCKS! I can drive to 5 closer Toyota dealerships to get my service done, but I have tried to support Freeman. I'm asking myself why? I waisted an entire day for an oil change and balance my tires. Who ever made the decision to hire the new manager is an idiot and the new manager should be fired. That person has totally messed up what was a great system! The Freeman experience went from great to just as bad or worse than the other Toyota dealerships. I have purchased 3 cars from Freeman and now that is all in question. I will give you one more try and then I will save the gas from the 52 mile drive to get service done. Regards, Max Probasco More
