I made an appointment for 1:05 PM and had it towed to the dealership and it arrived 10-15 minutes after the time slot. I just needed the battery replaced, oil change, and a tire looked at. Tires are looked a dealership and it arrived 10-15 minutes after the time slot. I just needed the battery replaced, oil change, and a tire looked at. Tires are looked at anyway during the oil change, but my vehicle still had to be kept overnight. Haley was great and kept me in the loop, however I'm not for sure if it was communication error between her or the ladies at the register. When Haley called saying the vehicle was ready she advised that payment would just be needed to replace the tire around $200 and i told her I would wait. Now at pick up I was told $100 was due for the oil change. It was my understanding that since the vehicle is under 20k miles it was suppose to be free of charge under Toyota Care. To which they explained it goes by mileage or two yrs whichever come first. I mentioned when I booked the appointment online it said it was free and the advisor said it would be free too. Plus the last time I came they didn't say anything about it being expired or purchasing a maintenance package. They just looked at me blankly until I paid. I'd rather travel further to the Irving location for future business. More
