Kyndal was training a co-worker on how to be a servicer writer. He did a great job with reviewing the services I wanted and made good suggestion for what other services I should consider without any press writer. Bought brand new Tacoma 2020, took there for second ever oil change. They said they can’t do free oil change because of offer being expired. Changed oil for premium price by when I got home and checked in t oil change. They said they can’t do free oil change because of offer being expired. Changed oil for premium price by when I got home and checked in the morning, there was a pool of oil leaking. Took back to shop and they tightened, but didn’t apologize or offered any offer for next time. Very disappointed regular customer. More
