I made an appointment for an oil change. and told them I would wait for my car. I arrived on time. Took 2 1/2 hours to get my car while I waited. . The last time I was at the dealership, and told them I would wait for my car. I arrived on time. Took 2 1/2 hours to get my car while I waited. . The last time I was at the dealership, I had to come back, get my car and take it to another repair shop to get the catalytic converter replaced. The Toyota woman on the phone told me unless I bought the Toyota $3,000 unit there would be NO WARRANTY on the repair. I ask her to repeat that bizarre comment to make sure I heard correctly. They could install a cheaper unit, but no warranty. Sad to see what is happening to this dealership. I doubt I will be back. More
